Launch of Birmingham Back Pain Centre

Based at BMI The Priory Hospital in Edgbaston and Sutton Medical Consulting Centre, Sutton Coldfield, The Birmingham Back Pain Centre offers a “fast track” service for patients with back and neck problems.

Midlands' first independent Memory Clinic opens

Local people will have the opportunity to trial revolutionary Alzheimer’s drugs that are currently restricted on the NHS thanks to a new independent memory clinic.

Working in partnership with The Priory Hospital, Edgbaston three of the region’s leading memory specialists – Dr Kathryn Lowe, Dr Lisa Blissitt and Dr Lucy Caswell – have launched the Birmingham & Midland Memory Clinic, to complement services available on the NHS.

New GreenLight Laser to treat an enlarged prostate
